In this class, we’ll introduce you to a simple meditation practice that can help improve your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We’ll start by explaining how Sahaja Meditation can be helpful in your daily life. Then, you’ll experience the awakening of your inner energy and enjoy a short meditation. Through this practice, you'll learn to relax your mind, reduce stress, and find inner peace by calming the constant stream of thoughts.

Chinn Park Library features a 24-hour book drop, 125-seat Community Room, a Quiet Study Room, two individual study rooms, a group study room with a smart TV, a Children and Young Adult area, and 24 public access computers.
The Management and Government Information Center (MAGIC) is a specialized collection of local, state and federal government information. MAGIC has the same hours of operation as Chinn Park. MAGIC staff are available to assist with local, state and federal government information as well as with its print and digital resources.
