Register for a 30-minute one-on-one session if you need basic technology help.

We offer one-on-one 30 minutes sessions with a library staff member using your device or one of our Public Access Computers. Please bring your logins and passwords; power cords and cables (if you are bringing your device).

We can help you with: 
- accessing our digital library resources
- creating and managing email accounts
- internet and social media basics
- setting up your new electronic device
- basic troubleshooting

Registration required: go online or call: 703-792-8700. 

Please, register for only one appointment at a time.  Please, describe what type of technology or program that you need help with in the available space during registration.

About the library

Haymarket Gainesville Library features a 24-hour book drop, 185-seat community room, four study rooms, a Quiet Study area, 21 public access computers, and a Children’s and Young Adult area. The library has a historic home, The Bushy House, and several comfortable outdoor seating areas on its property.

Haymarket Gainesville Library provides materials for children, young adults, and adults in print and digital formats. In addition, the library also offers special events and programs for all ages, including English Conversation Club, book discussion groups, one-on-one appointments for technology assistance, and U.S. Passport Services.

Several times a year, Haymarket Gainesville Library hosts absentee voting for local, state, and federal elections and is the only branch offering this special service.
