Celebrate the final weeks of Summer Reading by brightening up our library one colorful creation at a time!
As we reflect on shared memories of scientific escapades and wildlife visitors (not to mention summer reading accomplishments!), we're determined to make these last days of summer shine together.
From August 1–16, swing by Lake Ridge Library to color your very own book buddy, who is carrying a crayon, of course! Make it your own and then add it to the growing display at the service desk. It’s a fun and creative way to show your love of reading and help us “Color Our World” one smiling book at a time.
Oh, and did we mention that a few lucky participants will walk away with giant inflatable coloring pencils and paintbrushes? Stop by today!
Lake Ridge Library is located on the upper level of the Tackett's Mill Shopping Center and houses an everchanging collection of print, audio and digital materials.
Lake Ridge offers a weekly story time for all ages. The library provides county dog license service as well as three public access computers, scanning, faxing, and copying.
