This gentle exercise can help maintain and improve strength, flexibility and balance and can be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. It is beneficial for your heart, for your bones as well as for your mind.
After some explanation of how Tai Chi works, we will start with warming up our joints and practice some deep breathing exercises. This practice can be done standing or sitting.
Bull Run Library
The second library to be built in Prince William County, the Bull Run Library features a 24-hour book drop, 125-seat Community Room, a Quiet Study Room and a Children’s and Young Adult area, 24 public access computers, and free Wi-Fi.
