You will learn how to upcycle plastic shopping bags by fusing them to create a more durable material which will be hand sewn into a small tote bag. No experience necessary. All materials provided. Registration required.

About the library

The second library to be built in Prince William County, the Bull Run Library features a 24-hour book drop, 125-seat Community Room, a Quiet Study Room and a Children’s and Young Adult area, 24 public access computers, and free Wi-Fi.
