Join us for a gentle yoga class designed to improve overall well-being. Please bring a blanket or towel to sit on in the chair, and a dish towel for exercises.
Join certified yoga teacher and librarian, Catherine Seavey, for this gentle yoga class. The class will begin with centering and breathing exercises followed by some warm up and strengthening movements and postures. Peak poses may include elements of balance, strengthening, stretching, and overall well-being. Both seated and standing poses may be incorporated. It is important to check with your healthcare provider before starting a new physical activity.
Ages 18+. A liability waiver and registration are required.
