Join us for an online cooking lesson with KSCPP on how to prepare Japchae (potato starch noodles with vegetables), with step-by-step instructions via Zoom meeting.

KSCPP will also explain the health benefits of traditional Korean meals and show a short documentary film on Bangjja, traditional Korean bronzeware. KSCPP will email you the recipe and information on where you can purchase the required ingredients a week before the program.
