Register for a 20-minute one-on-one session if you need basic technology help.

We offer one-on-one 20 minutes sessions with a library staff member using your device or one of our Public Access Computers. Please bring your logins and passwords; power cords and cables (if you are bringing your device).

We can help you with: 

  • accessing our digital library resources
  • creating and managing email accounts
  • internet and social media basics
  • setting up your new electronic device
  • basic troubleshooting

About the library

Potomac Library features a 24-hour book drop, 125-seat Community Room, and a Children and Young Adult area. Potomac also features an outdoor patio and garden area for individual enjoyment as well as a setting for outdoor programs and special events.

Potomac Library provides materials for children, young adults and adults in print and digital formats, and 25 public access computers.

Potomac Library offers U.S. Passport Services to the community.
